I gave this place a second chance after a disappointing experience a few months ago because of all the positive reviews, but unfortunately my experience was the same. The therapist wasn’t very friendly, the session felt rushed, and she was constantly answering the phone, leaving the room, and talking to other people, making it difficult to relax. The massage was also much rougher than I expected. After two visits, I won’t be returning.
First time getting a deep tissue massage and I was in tears that it felt so good! I've been in pain for years and this is the first relief I've got. I was a walk-in and she took me in about 30 mins. She was very professional and nice. The place was very clean and nice. I will definitely be back and get her name next time!
I really had a negative experience here the other day. I sent my husband a couple weeks prior and he let me know that the massage was a bit rough and he left more sore than he arrived. This can be typical with deep tissue. I booked one for myself and had a negative experience. First, I booked a 2hour massage. When I arrived I was barked at by the woman who greeted me that I was early by 30 minutes. In truth as told to me by my massage therapist, they were running late because a customer was late. I was told to go to a room and go ahead and change. I did so, but had to lay out the sheet to cover up myself because the table had not been prepared. The linens had obvious staining and the room was extremely cold to the point my hands and feet ached. I waited 20 minutes before my therapist came in. She told me she had time for 90 minutes not 2 hours which at this point was better. She proceeded to give me a rushed and painful massage that felt very odd. There was no asking about my comfort level before moving the positions of my underwear or pulling the sheet down. I was also charged 20 dollars extra for a Cbd pil that I agreed to but I was absolutely slathered in it. My body was completely soaked, it was in my hair, dripped onto my face, in my ears- it was ridiculous. She left the room multiple times and left the door open each time and i could hear her taking to other employees. The door open made me extremely uncomfortable. She kept her phone on the massage table and it was going off constantly. Overall I would never return and wish I could get my money back- this was a complete waste of money.
